Order Processing At ELS Global Design, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. For your convenience, the following payment options are available: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Prior to shipment, all items are packaged in ELS Global Design's signature gift packaging. As soon as you place your order using our easy-to-navigate system, we immediately begin processing it. Because it is immediate, canceling your order is not an option. Most orders are processed and leave our facility in as little as two business days. If for some reason you change your mind after placing an order, please see our retrun policy.   Shipping We use the most reputable shipping companies to deliver your purchase in a timely manner. We deliver to street addresses in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska using private carriers. We use United States Postal Services (USPS) for APO/FPO and P.O. Box destinations.   Security/Insurance Protection When your order is shipped from our facility, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If for any reason you are not satisfied, youmay return the product through the mail for a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price less the cost of shipping and handling. If the item is found to be defective, we will replace it. We want to be certain that your decision to purchase and your order is right the first time around. As your personal jeweler, we welcome any and allproduct inquiries andservice questions prior to making your purchase. Feel free to contact us either by phone or email. Due to their individualization, personalized, special order, rings which have been sized, and custom items may not be returned or exchanged. Items returned must be in their original condition with original tags attached and include all accompanying documentation. Diamond items that include a gemological laboratory certificate must be returned along with the original gemological laboratory certificate. If the certificate is not returned, or if it has been damaged or altered, the cost of replacing it will be charged. Please take the following steps to ensure that your return is processed as quickly and securely as possible: 1)  Print and complete a Merchandise Return and Exchange form. To do so, you will need the original order number. Go to Account Administration > View Order History. Find your order by order date or order number and select it. Then select "Print Return Label". You can click here to go directly to the View Order History page. 2)   Follow the instructions on the Merchandise Return and ExchangeForm. 3)  Make note of why the item is being returned. You can simply write this on the form you include inside the package. We value your feedback, sowe kindly ask that you be as detailed as possible. 4)  Package the item securely so as to avoid loss or damage during shipping. We recommend that you insure the packagefor its full value against loss or damage. Please note that ELS Global Design is not responsible for loss or damage of your package during shipment up to the point that is has been delivered to our facility.
